1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, services, and offers between
Adrián Száki, sole proprietor (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”),
and his customers.
These GTC apply both to the Provider’s consulting services and to the use of the website.
The website itself does not offer any directly integrated purchasing or payment options but refers users to external platforms for the purchase of products (e.g. board games).
For purchases on external sales platforms, only the respective terms and conditions of those providers apply.
2. Services of the Provider
The Provider offers in particular:
Consulting services (content, scope, and price are agreed individually)
Provision of information about own products (e.g. board games)
Redirection to external sales platforms such as Gamefound, Amazon, or Sumup-based shops
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
3. Conclusion of Contract for Consulting Services
A contract for consulting services is concluded through:
written confirmation by email, or
the conclusion of a separate agreement between the Provider and the customer
4. Prices and Payment for Consulting Services
Prices for consulting services are communicated before the contract is concluded.
Billing is carried out as agreed, either:
by bank transfer,
by invoice, or
via other payment methods agreed in advance
5. Purchases via External Platforms
For the purchase of the board game or other products, the customer is redirected to external platforms:
Gamefound
Amazon
Sumup-based shops of external providers
For these purchases, only the terms and conditions, withdrawal policies, and privacy policies of the respective platform apply.
The Provider has no influence over:
prices
delivery terms
availability
shipping
payment processing
complaint handling processes
All claims arising from such orders must be directed to the respective platform or seller.
6. Right of Withdrawal (for Consulting Services)
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with § 312g BGB.
The withdrawal must be addressed to:

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the Provider has fully performed the service and the customer has expressly agreed before the start of the service that the Provider may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires.
For purchases via external platforms, only their respective withdrawal policies apply.
7. Liability
The Provider is liable for damages only in cases of:
intent or gross negligence
breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations)
injury to life, body, or health
Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The Provider assumes no liability for the availability, functionality, or content of external platforms.
8. Copyright
All content on the website (texts, graphics, images, layouts, board game design, etc.) is protected by copyright.
Any use without explicit written consent is not permitted.
9. Data Protection
The privacy policy published on the website applies.
10. Changes to the GTC
The Provider reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.
The current version is available on the website.
11. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent legally permissible – the registered office of the Provider.
