4. Website Analytics (Framer Analytics)
To understand how our website is used, we use Framer Analytics. This involves processing pseudonymised usage data, such as pages visited, device and browser information and time spent on the site. The data is evaluated in aggregated form only and cannot be linked to you personally. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Contact Form and Email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) as well as technical data (IP address, time of submission) in order to respond to your enquiry. Form data is transmitted via Framer and delivered to us by email.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We do not share this data with third parties. It is deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. YouTube Videos
We embed videos from the YouTube platform on our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Where technically possible, we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
A video is only loaded once you actively start it or have given your consent. Only then is a connection established to YouTube's servers. In particular, your IP address, device and browser information and the page you are visiting may be transmitted to Google, and information may be stored on your device. If you are logged in to YouTube, YouTube may associate your browsing behaviour with your profile. You can prevent this by logging out beforehand.

7. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address and, where provided, your first name in order to send you regular news about our games, projects and offers. Subscription uses a double opt-in procedure: after signing up, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. We store the time of subscription and confirmation as well as your IP address so that we can prove your subscription.
We use MailerLite to send the newsletter, a service provided by MailerLite Limited, Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, D02 P593, Ireland. We have concluded a data processing agreement with MailerLite in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. MailerLite analyses whether a newsletter was opened and which links were clicked, so that we can improve our content.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to adrian (at) aszaki.com. After you unsubscribe, your data will be deleted unless we need to retain it as proof of your earlier consent.
8. Links to Shops and Platforms
This website contains links to our online shop (shop.aszaki.com, operated via SumUp) and to our offers on external platforms such as Etsy, Amazon and Gamefound. No purchase or payment takes place on aszaki.com itself. You are only redirected to the respective site when you click one of these links. The respective platform operator is responsible for any data processing there, and its privacy policy applies. For our own shop, you can find it directly on shop.aszaki.com.
