Right of Withdrawal for Consulting Services

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract for consulting services within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (contact details see legal notice / imprint) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which I receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

• the service has been fully provided,

• and you have expressly agreed that the provider may begin performing the service before the withdrawal period expires,

• and you have simultaneously confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

No Right of Withdrawal for Purchases via External Platforms

The purchase of products (e.g. board games) is carried out exclusively via Gamefound, Amazon, or other external providers.

For such purchases, only the withdrawal policies of the respective platform apply.

The provider of this website has no influence over these processes and assumes no responsibility for external withdrawal procedures.
