When you visit the website, the server automatically records the following information transmitted by your browser in log files:
This data is processed to ensure secure and stable operation and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically flawless and secure provision of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.
This website does not set any cookies. If you select a language using the language switch, your browser saves this choice locally on your device (localStorage) so that the website is shown in that language the next time you visit. This information is not transmitted to us or to third parties. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not use any analytics or tracking services on this website.
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) as well as technical data (IP address, time of submission) in order to answer your request. The form data is processed on our server at IONOS and delivered to us by email. To protect against spam and misuse, we limit the number of requests per hour. For this purpose, a pseudonymised (hashed) value of your IP address is used for a short time.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or pre contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We do not pass this data on to third parties. It is deleted as soon as your request has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
We embed videos from the YouTube platform on our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). We use the extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com) wherever technically possible.
The video is only loaded once you actively start it or have given your consent. Only then is a connection to YouTube’s servers established. In particular, your IP address, device and browser information and the page you are visiting may be transmitted to Google, and information may be stored on your device. If you are logged in to YouTube, YouTube can assign your browsing behaviour to your profile. You can prevent this by logging out beforehand.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Data may be transferred to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address and, if provided, your first name in order to regularly send you news about our games, projects and offers. Subscription takes place using the double opt in procedure: after signing up you receive an email in which you confirm your subscription. We store the time of sign up and confirmation as well as your IP address in order to be able to prove the subscription. The subscription is transmitted to MailerLite via our server.
We use MailerLite to send the newsletter, a service of MailerLite Limited, Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, D02 P593, Ireland. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with MailerLite. MailerLite analyses whether a newsletter was opened and which links were clicked so that we can improve our content.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by sending a message to adrian (at) aszaki.com. Your data is deleted after you unsubscribe, unless we are required to keep it as proof of your earlier consent.

The respective platform operator is responsible for the data processing there, and its privacy policy applies. For our own shop, you can find it directly on shop.aszaki.com.
On our website you will find links to our profiles on social networks (e.g. Facebook and Instagram of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland). These are simple links, not embedded plugins. You are only redirected to the respective platform once you click a link.
For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
