To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, I must reimburse all payments I have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which I received notification of your withdrawal from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
