Hi, I’m Adrián.

I bring more than ten years of experience in leadership, project management and operations. My creative experience as a filmmaker and game developer adds new perspectives and fresh approaches to solutions.

About me

Two worlds, one throughline.

For more than ten years I led teams in production, supply chain and operations, optimized processes and took responsibility for complex projects. Along the way I learned to approach challenges in a structured way, to involve people and to develop solutions that also work in practice.

In parallel, I developed my creative side as a documentary filmmaker and game developer. I founded my own film studio, produced documentary films and brought them to international festivals and into cinemas. I also develop, produce and publish my own board games. In doing so I accompany the entire process, from the first idea through design and production to the finished product. These experiences have shaped my eye for stories, people and creative problem solving.

Today I combine both worlds. Analytical thinking meets creative perspectives, clear structures meet new ideas. This is how solutions emerge that are not only well thought out, but also make a difference in practice.

Selected projects

Whether complex business processes, international film productions or my own products: my work combines structured thinking, creative solutions and consistent execution.

Here I show selected projects and experiences from different fields.

Project management & operational delivery

I have repeatedly designed solutions for production planning in the context of ERP systems and supported the corresponding projects from planning through to implementation.

At EDELRID GmbH I first contributed this experience as an employee. Later I was brought back as an external consultant for another project.

In marketing, too, I combine strategic planning with operational execution, among other things in my work with the Swiss company AirMarker.

Film & visual storytelling

As a documentary film producer, I have guided film projects from the first idea to release, coordinated creative teams and brought productions to international film festivals.

These experiences show how creative vision, team leadership and complex project workflows can be successfully combined.

Game development & product realization

With Jano I developed my own board game and was responsible for the entire journey from the first idea to release.

Coordinating concept, design, production planning, manufacturing and release myself showed me how much entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and consistent execution goes into a product of your own.
